Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any seals intact.

Hygiene exception for cosmetics

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be resold and are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.

How to start a return

• Email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• We reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack items securely; keep proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.

Return shipping costs

Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
• Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. To cancel before dispatch, see our Cancellation Policy.
