Secure checkout

Checkout is hosted by our payment provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card details are entered on their secure page — Anklet Charm LLC never sees or stores your full card number, expiry or security code.

Accepted payment methods

Major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with any digital wallets shown on the checkout page for your device and region. The methods available to you are always listed before you confirm payment.

Currency, taxes and totals

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Shipping charges, if any, are added before payment — nothing is hidden.

Authorisation and declines

Your bank may place a temporary authorisation on your card. If a payment is declined, no order is created; check the details with your bank and try again, or use another method.

Billing records and disputes

Your order confirmation email is your receipt. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us first using the details below and we will investigate before you raise a dispute. See also our Shipping Policy.
