Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been packed or handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Changing an order

• Address corrections are possible only before dispatch.
• To change items, we usually cancel the original order and you place a new one.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error occurred, or if payment verification fails. You are notified and refunded in full.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
